Yes. We build from your architect’s or general contractor’s drawings, and we can design from scratch if there are no plans yet. Either way you get permit-ready, code-compliant drawings for the awning or canopy package.

Both work — it depends on the look and the opening. Architectural metal reads permanent and sharp, and suits entrances and new builds. Fabric is lighter, costs less to engineer, can follow curves that rigid metal cannot, and can be recovered later instead of replaced. There is also a third option: our standing-seam “Metal Look” fabric awning, which gives the architectural metal appearance in lightweight fabric.

Commercial awnings and canopies usually do, and requirements vary by town. We supply permit-ready drawings for the package and work to the local code so your GC or sign company can file without a redesign.

Yes. Dimensional lettering and awning graphics are part of what we fabricate in-house, which is how an awning becomes a 24-hour sign. Colours are matched to your brand and printed or applied on <a href="/fabrics-and-technology/">solution-dyed fabric</a> so they hold up outdoors.
